Terms of Service and Plan Conditions
These Terms govern the use of Trama and state, specifically, what each plan includes: credits, onboarding, the Forward Deployed Creative and its SLA, the Exclusive Digital Models, the training material and the rules for using Digital Models inside and outside the Platform.
1. Who we are and who these Terms apply to
Trama is an AI fashion production platform offered by Trama Studio LLC, a United States company with its address at 1007 N Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801, USA ("Trama", "we" or "us").
These Terms of Service and Plan Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Trama studio, the Apps, the Nodes editor, the Shopify and VTEX plugins, the API and the MCP server (together, the "Platform"), and the services that come with each plan: onboarding, the Forward Deployed Creative, Exclusive Digital Models and training material.
"Customer" is the company or professional that subscribes to a plan for a Trama studio; a "User" is each person with access to that studio. Anyone accepting these Terms on behalf of a company represents that they are authorised to do so.
The Platform is a professional service for brands, studios and agencies. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are accepted at sign-up by ticking the corresponding boxes; Trama keeps a record of the acceptance, with the date, time and version of each document.
A commercial proposal or order signed with Trama ("Order Form"), used mainly for the Gold plan, prevails over these Terms on the points it specifically addresses. These Terms govern everything else.
2. Account, studio and Users
Each User has a personal account, with accurate details and a password they do not share. The Customer is responsible for the acts of its studio's Users and must tell Trama as soon as it learns of any unauthorised access.
Studio admins invite and remove Users, approve join requests, buy plans and top-ups and connect integrations. Every plan includes unlimited Users.
A new studio receives 300 free credits for image generation, once. To prevent abuse of this allowance, Trama refuses disposable e-mail addresses and limits sign-ups per browser and per network, as the Privacy Policy describes.
3. Plans and what each one includes
Trama offers three monthly plans. The table summarises what each includes; the following sections detail every item.
| Bronze | Silver | Gold | |
|---|---|---|---|

The Gold plan is sold by the sales team. Its entry price includes 50,000 credits per month, 20 Forward Deployed Creative hours and 10 Exclusive Digital Models; larger volumes are set in the Order Form.
Prices are shown in euros. Studios in Brazil are billed in Brazilian reais, as shown at checkout.
4. Credits, billing and price changes
The subscription is monthly, charged in advance by Stripe to the payment method on file, and renews automatically every month until cancelled.
Plan credits are granted at the start of each cycle and do not roll over: at renewal, unused plan credits expire and the studio receives the new cycle's allowance.
Extra credits are sold as top-ups of 2,500 credits for R$ 500, charged in Brazilian reais; in the Shopify Apps, Shopify charges the top-up in US dollars (US$ 100). Top-up credits do not expire while the studio exists.
Every App and node shows its cost in credits before it runs. The Platform reserves the estimate and charges the actual cost the provider reports, when it reports one. A paid attempt that a verifier rejects is charged before the retry; a template training that fails is refunded.
Credits have no cash value, are not refundable in money, cannot be moved to another studio and can only be used on the Platform.
If a charge fails, Stripe retries it. If the payment is not settled, the subscription ends and the studio has no active plan, as section 12 describes.
Trama may change prices and credit allowances with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail to admins. The new price applies from the first cycle after the notice, and the Customer may cancel before then without penalty.
Taxes are charged as the applicable law requires and are shown on the invoice.
5. Onboarding
Every plan includes a live onboarding by video call, in Portuguese in Brazil and in English elsewhere. The scheduling invitation is e-mailed to the admin after the first payment.
- Bronze: onboarding session with the Trama team (60 min). The first session is offered within 5 business days of the first payment, and all must take place within 30 days of it.
- Silver: kickoff with the Forward Deployed Creative (90 min) and review around day 30 (60 min). The first session is offered within 3 business days of the first payment, and all must take place within 45 days of it.
- Gold: kickoff with the Forward Deployed Creative (120 min), casting session for the Exclusive Digital Models (90 min), and review around day 30 (60 min). The first session is offered within 2 business days of the first payment, and all must take place within 45 days of it.
Onboarding covers setting up the studio and its Users, credit usage, the Apps and the Nodes editor applied to the Customer's products, the rules for Digital Models and Digital Twins and, on Silver and Gold, the work plan with the Forward Deployed Creative.
Up to 6 people from the Customer's team may join each session. Each session may be rescheduled once, with at least 24 hours' notice. If no one from the Customer joins within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the session counts as held. Sessions not held within the plan's deadline lapse.
Onboarding happens once per studio: a new subscription to the same plan does not renew it. On an upgrade, the Customer receives the new plan's sessions it has not yet had.
Sessions are recorded only with the participants' consent, and the recording stays available to the Customer for 90 days.
6. Forward Deployed Creative: scope and SLA
The Forward Deployed Creative ("FDC") is a senior creative professional with at least 10 years of experience in fashion or retail in the same country as the Customer's brand, whom Trama assigns to Silver and Gold accounts. The Bronze plan does not include an FDC.
On Silver, the FDC is assigned to the account and also serves other accounts. On Gold, the FDC is dedicated: a named professional, the Customer's single point of contact, with hours reserved for the account and the shortest response times in the table below. "Dedicated" does not mean exclusive full-time work unless the Order Form says so.
What the FDC does:
- works on the Customer's real briefs, with its deadlines and brand standards;
- maps where the production process stalls and proposes the workflow for each kind of asset;
- builds workflows, Apps and templates in the Customer's studio and teaches the team to use them;
- reviews results for consistency with the brand's identity;
- on Gold, runs the casting and delivery of the Exclusive Digital Models (section 7).
What the FDC does not do:
- technical support: Platform faults go to support (section 11);
- run volume production for the Customer: time the FDC spends generating assets counts toward the month's hours, and the credits used are the studio's;
- give legal advice or approve assets for publication: final approval and rights checks are the Customer's;
- physical production, photo shoots or on-site visits, unless contracted separately, with travel expenses paid by the Customer.
Hours: Silver includes 8 FDC hours per month, and Gold 20 hours at the entry price (the Order Form may provide more). Hours include meetings, asynchronous work and workflow building, counted in 15-minute blocks. Unused hours do not roll over. The FDC reports the hours used at the follow-up meeting, and the Customer may ask for the report at any time. Extra hours, approved in advance and in writing by the Customer, cost € 60 per hour.
| Silver | Gold | |
|---|---|---|
| First response to a request | 1 business day | 4 business hours |
| Delivery of a standard brief | 5 business days | 3 business days |
| Follow-up meetings | Monthly, 60 min | Weekly, 45 min |
| Quarterly brand review | — | 90 min |
| Channels | E-mail and shared channel (Slack or WhatsApp) | |
| Hours per month | 8 h | 20 h |
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm in the FDC's time zone, excluding national holidays in the FDC's country. Requests outside those hours count from the next business hour.
The first response acknowledges the request and proposes a delivery date. A "standard brief" is adapting an existing App or building a workflow from the Customer's references for one product category; larger requests get a deadline agreed in writing.
Continuity: when the FDC is away for more than 2 business days, a substitute who meets the same requirements takes over within 2 business days. When the FDC changes permanently, Trama gives 10 business days' notice where possible and holds a handover meeting. A Gold Customer may ask for a different FDC, with reasons, and Trama presents a replacement within 10 business days.
Service credit: the SLA is measured monthly. If Trama misses the first-response time on more than 10% of the month's requests, the Customer receives 10% of the plan's monthly credits (3,000 on Silver; 5,000 on Gold at the entry price). If Trama does not make the plan's hours available in the month, the Customer receives another 10%. The credit is claimed by e-mail within 30 days of the month's end and is added to the studio as top-up credits.
Delays caused by the Customer (pending references or approvals), outages of third-party AI providers and force majeure do not count as misses. Where the law allows, the service credit is the sole remedy for a missed SLA.
7. Digital Models, Exclusive Digital Models and Digital Twins
- Digital Model: a synthetic person created by Trama with artificial intelligence, who does not depict any real, identifiable person, offered in the Platform's catalogue.
- Exclusive Digital Model: a Digital Model created for a single Customer and available only in its studio.
- Digital Twin: a digital version of a real model, made available through agency partnerships and under an image-use authorisation, with a licence of defined scope, territory and term.
7.1 Free use inside the Platform. Choosing and using a Digital Model, from the catalogue or exclusive, costs no credits and no licence fee: use of a Digital Model's image is free when the generation happens inside the Platform, that is, in the studio, the Apps, the Nodes editor, the Shopify and VTEX plugins, or Trama's API and MCP. Generation and processing nodes still charge their credits.
7.2 Use of generated assets. Images and videos generated inside the Platform with Digital Models may be published and used commercially by the Customer in its own channels (e-commerce, social media, campaigns, ads, catalogues and points of sale), in any territory and without time limit, including after the subscription ends. The Customer may edit, crop, retouch and lay out those assets in any tool, provided it does not thereby create a new image or video of the Digital Model.
7.3 Prohibited outside the Platform. The Digital Model itself (its appearance, identity, profile, character sheet and reference set) may not be used outside the Platform. It is prohibited to:
- generate, with any other tool or service, new images or videos that reproduce a Digital Model's appearance;
- use a Digital Model's assets, references or character sheets to train or fine-tune any AI model (for example, a LoRA) outside the Platform;
- extract, bulk-download or hand a Digital Model's reference set to third parties;
- sell, sublicense or assign a Digital Model, register it as a trademark or misleadingly present it as a real person;
- use a Digital Model in content that section 10 prohibits.
A breach of section 7.3 allows Trama to suspend the studio, require the content to be taken down and claim damages.
7.4 Gold plan Exclusive Digital Models. The Gold plan includes 10 Exclusive Digital Models, available while the Gold subscription is active.
- Creation: at the casting session, the Customer defines each model's profile (adult age, body type, ethnicity, style and brand fit). Trama presents candidates and the Customer approves each one, with up to 2 rounds of adjustments per model.
- Delivery: the first 5 within 15 business days and the remaining 5 within 30 business days of the casting brief's approval. Each one arrives in the studio with its character sheet, profile and reference set.
- Exclusivity: Trama does not offer the same Exclusive Digital Model to any other customer while the Gold plan is active and for 12 months after it ends. Trama keeps ownership of the Digital Model (its synthetic identity, sheets and references); the Customer receives an exclusive, non-transferable licence of use limited to the Platform.
- Swaps: the Customer may swap up to 2 of its Exclusive Digital Models for new ones every 12 months, at no cost. The replaced model is retired.
- End of the Gold plan: on cancellation or a plan change, the Exclusive Digital Models are no longer available for new generations and stay archived for 90 days. If the Customer returns to Gold within that period, they return to the studio. Assets already generated may still be used as section 7.2 says.
- Additional models: each Exclusive Digital Model beyond the 10 included costs € 300, a one-time creation fee charged on order. Additional models are available only on the Gold plan, follow the rules of this section and are delivered within 15 business days per batch of up to 5.
- Every Exclusive Digital Model depicts an adult (18 or older).
7.5 Digital Twins. Each Digital Twin has a licence with a scope, territory and term, shown on the Platform next to the model, and the Platform blocks new generations when the licence is not valid for the studio. Assets generated with a Digital Twin may be used only within the licence's scope, territory and term and under the agency terms it references; any use outside the licence requires a new agreement. Section 7.3 also applies to Digital Twins.
7.6 Transparency. The Customer complies with the rules on labelling AI-generated content that apply to its assets, such as advertising self-regulation, electoral law, the EU AI Act and the policies of the platforms where it publishes, and does not remove technical provenance marks that the Platform or its providers include in the files.
8. Training material
Every plan includes 3 video tutorials, available on the Platform while the studio has an active plan:
- Getting started: studio, Users, credits and Apps;
- Digital Models, Digital Twins and usage rights;
- Nodes editor: building, running and verifying a workflow.
Trama updates the tutorials as the Platform changes.
Specific training videos (for example, e-commerce at scale, campaign video, swimwear and lingerie, or the Shopify and VTEX plugins) are sold separately at € 59 each, or as set in the Order Form. A purchased video stays available while the studio exists.
Training material is for internal use by the Customer's Users and may not be redistributed, published, resold or used to train third parties.
Live training beyond onboarding is given by the FDC, within the plan's hours or as extra hours (section 6).
9. Intellectual property and content
Content the Customer uploads (product photos, references, logos, briefs and text) remains the Customer's. The Customer grants Trama a licence to store, process and send that content to its contracted providers, solely to provide the service.
The Customer warrants that it holds the rights and authorisations for what it uploads, including the consent of the people who appear in its references and, for minors, of their legal guardians.
As between the Customer and Trama, the assets the Customer generates belong to the Customer, subject to section 7, third-party licences and the law. AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and other users may generate similar results: Trama does not guarantee exclusivity over outputs, except for Exclusive Digital Models.
Trama does not use the Customer's content or assets to train models offered to other customers. Templates trained on a brand's references stay in that brand's studio.
The Platform, Apps, nodes, Digital Models and training material belong to Trama or its licensors. Workflows, Apps and templates the FDC builds in the Customer's studio may be used by the Customer while it has access to the Platform.
Trama uses the Customer's assets in its own marketing only with written permission. Trama may freely use suggestions and feedback about the Platform.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform to:
- create any sexual or sexualised content involving minors: Trama closes the account and reports it to the authorities;
- create nudity or explicit sexual content (lingerie and swimwear are allowed in commercial content with adult models, under each workflow's rules);
- reproduce a real person's image, voice or likeness without authorisation, including in deepfakes;
- create defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, violent or deceptive content, including misleading advertising and political or electoral propaganda;
- infringe trademarks, copyright, industrial designs or other third-party rights;
- circumvent the Platform's limits, billing, verification or security, reverse engineer it, scrape data in bulk or test for vulnerabilities without permission;
- resell or share studio access with other companies without an agreement with Trama;
- use Platform outputs to develop or train a competing product.
The Platform's verifiers may automatically refuse generations that break these rules. Trama may remove content and suspend the studio for a breach, with notice to the Customer, unless the law or the seriousness of the case requires immediate action.
11. Availability and support
Trama aims to keep the studio available 99.5% of the time each month, excluding maintenance announced 48 hours in advance and outages of third-party AI providers. This is a target, not a credited guarantee; a Gold Order Form may include an availability guarantee.
Support answers at trama@nobuzz.io during business hours, with a first response within 2 business days on Bronze, 1 business day on Silver, and 4 business hours on Gold.
Trama improves the Platform continuously and may change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, Trama gives 30 days' notice and the Customer may cancel without penalty.
12. Cancellation, suspension and refunds
The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no pro-rata refund of the current month unless the law requires one.
After cancellation the studio has no active plan: the remaining credits stay in its balance (plan credits expire if the Customer subscribes again), the FDC and the Exclusive Digital Models are no longer available (section 7.4) and the Customer can still access and download its assets.
Anyone subscribing as a consumer under the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code may withdraw within 7 days of a first online purchase for a full refund. Outside Brazil, the mandatory consumer rights of the Customer's country apply where relevant.
A plan change takes effect on confirmation, at the price and with the credits that checkout or the billing portal shows.
Trama may suspend or close the studio for non-payment, breach of these Terms or a legal order, with prior notice, except in the serious cases of section 10.
The Customer may ask for the studio and the account to be deleted at any time. Studios with no active plan and no sign-in for 12 months may have their content deleted, with an e-mail to admins 30 days before. The Privacy Policy sets out how long each kind of data is kept.
13. Warranties and liability
AI-generated results may contain errors, including in the garment, body or face. Verifiers reduce those errors but do not eliminate them: the Customer reviews every asset before publishing.
Trama does not guarantee commercial results, nor that the Platform suits a specific purpose not described in these Terms.
Trama's total liability to the Customer is limited to the amount the Customer paid in the 12 months before the event, and Trama is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. These limits do not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law, including consumer and data protection law, does not allow them.
The Customer indemnifies Trama against third-party claims caused by content it uploaded, by use of assets outside these Terms, or by use of Digital Models and Digital Twins outside their rules.
14. Confidentiality
Each party keeps confidential the non-public information it receives from the other (briefs, unreleased collections, prices and production data) and uses it only to perform these Terms. The FDC and the Trama team are bound by this confidentiality, and Trama signs a specific non-disclosure agreement with Gold customers that ask for one.
Confidentiality does not cover information that is already public, lawfully received from a third party, or required by law or an authority.
15. Personal data
How Trama processes personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms: Privacy Policy.
When the Customer's content contains personal data (for example, people in references or data from connected stores), Trama acts as a processor on the instructions of the Customer, who is the controller. The "When Trama is a processor" section of the Privacy Policy sets out Trama's obligations in that role and serves as the data processing agreement.
16. Changes to these Terms
Trama may change these Terms. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance, by e-mail to admins and on the Platform. A Customer that disagrees may cancel before the change takes effect; continuing to use the Platform afterwards means accepting the new version.
The date at the top of this page shows the version in effect.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
For Customers in Brazil, these Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, have jurisdiction over any dispute. For Customers outside Brazil, they are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes are resolved in that State's courts. In either case, a consumer keeps the courts of their own domicile where the law guarantees them.
The Portuguese version prevails over translations in case of conflict. If a clause is held invalid, the others remain in force, and not enforcing a right does not waive it.
